The Nano-TA100 system combines femtosecond-nanosecond laser pulses. Unlike the ultrafast transient absorption system, the Nano-TA100 system utilizes an electronically controlled delay system and an independent broadband light source to detect the photo-induced dynamics of samples on the sub-nanosecond to millisecond timescale.
